The raw materials – profiles, strips, and sheet material – are collected and prepared for production.

The plasma cutter ensures that all special pieces are cut to size (nested) with a minimum of waste. Our machine can handle sheet material from 2m to 6m wide. With the automatic saw, all profiles and strips are cut to size. The CnC machine takes care of milling, drilling or tapping, and where necessary, parts are folded in the bending machine at the right angle.
The individual parts are either welded together by robot or by one of our certified welders.

The product is then cleaned and spray painted in the desired colour. After curing it goes on to the final assembly.

Customization is possible as well. Based on your request, we will deliver a quote. We then draw up a design; the calculations and risk analyses are done by an independent external engineer. This way, each article can receive a CE inspection. Customization requires a delivery time of approximately 3 weeks, depending on the size of the project.
