Depending on the weight and lifting method, Bomaco offers two types of bobbin hooks. Both models are designed for the safe and efficient lifting of bobbins in various sectors. Bobbin hooks (HVB01/HVB04) are available in sets of two and can be used in combination with a two-legged chain. These two-legged chains are available separately.
Bobbin hooks for horizontally lifting and unwinding bobbins consist of the bobbin hook and the chain set (bearing-mounted swivel hook, lifting chain, and auxiliary chain). The bobbin hook is lowered vertically into the bobbin's central hole and then tilts horizontally when the auxiliary chain is released, firmly securing it in the bobbin. To remove the hook from the hole, it is pulled vertically by the auxiliary chain and then pulled through the hole.
This lifting device is designed to position concrete hollow core slabs or tiles. The hollow core slabs are lifted from the outer end in the hollow space. It is best to checking the suitability for lifting hollow core slabs with the manufacturer. Always use a chain or cable with a length that is at least 60% of the length from the suspension points. Always check that the hollow core slabs are sufficiently strong and that there is sufficient material at the suspension points. For very long hollow core slabs, some manufacturers provide special holes for the hooks to lift the slabs, so there is no need to lift from the outer ends.
This lifting device is designed for handling bundles, or bundles, of steel mesh or concrete reinforcement. Insert the hook between two bundles. Then straighten the hook. To prevent the hook from falling, you can hook it using the turnbuckle. Repeat this process at all four corners. You can now hoist the load using a four-strand chain.
Bomaco supplies every product with a CE certificate and commissioning report from SGS.
